Location

Situated in the centre of Salzburg Pinzgau in Piesendorf, the Head Office of Senosan is on the edge of the National Park Hohe Tauern, one of the most beautiful areas of Austria. The factory site to the east of the village borders to the north on the Pinzgau local railway and the B168 federal road. Alongside the road, green areas and residential areas are mixed together. To the east and south are the industrial areas and green fields for agricultural use. A housing area to the west is bordered by a tree planted noise protection wall and an access road. Traffic access is by a factory entrance in the north-west and also by the company’s own rail line from the local railway.

By the building of a factory for the production of co-extruded plastic films, this purely agricultural and small business structured area has gained a modern factory with a global network. From this location in Piesendorf, Senosan has achieved an almost 100% export rate, whereby especially in European countries a very strong market position has bee achieved.

Every production line operates with extremely low noise and emission rates and no negative effects for nature and the surrounding area arise. For many years there exists an excellent relationship with all neighbours, which is brought about by the successful symbiosis between human beings, nature and industry.
